In order to evaluate the performance of TPP students we conduct the AMCAT test for students which gives the performance of students in all three aspects i.e Aptitude, Technical and Soft Skills
The AMCAT is a computer adaptive test which measures students on critical areas like communication skills, logical reasoning, quantitative skills and job specific domain skills thus helping the students to identify the employment suitability. AMCAT is a two and half-hour adaptive test with multiple modules including aptitude, domain skills and personality assessment. It is Indias largest employability test and is taken by more than 30,000 students every month. Being Indias only adaptive employability test, it is used as a benchmark for hiring by several companies across India.
The AMCAT is fast emerging as an industry benchmark with 700+ companies using it as a compulsory testing mechanism for entry level roles. Leading industry names like Accenture, Snap deal, Axis Bank, Tata Motors, ITC and many more have AMCAT test to test the basic aptitude of students.
Post the test, AMCAT also help students match their skills with suitable jobs based on their performance on the test.
