E Governance Centre
CEC-CGC, Landran, Mohali is the first institute which can rightfully claim of having made a significant contribution for the development of the State by setting up the first centre for e-governance as a joint venture with the Punjab Government. The main objective of e-governance is to provide an efficient and transparent administration, making the govt. machinery far more useful for the public.
Consequently, the teachers and students have joined hands for the computerization of various departments of the state. It is thus a golden chapter in the history of CEC-CGC, Landran, Mohali to be a part of wide ranging development programme of the State government. Inaugurating this prestigious project, Dr Pramod Kumar, Chairman, Punjab Governance Reforms Commission, highly appreciated the initiative taken by CEC-CGC, Landran, Mohali and emphasized that this two-edged programme will bring efficiency.
