One Week (6-Days)AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy SponsoredFaculty Development Program on“LabVIEW for IoT applications in Healthcare” was conducted from 4 th Nov to 9 th Nov 2024 in physical mode at Chandigarh Engineering college-CGC Landran Mohali.There were total 35 participants from D.A.V College Ambala, UIET kurukshetra, CGC Landran, BBSBEC Fatehgarh Sahib, Lovely Professional University Jalandhar, Chandigarh College of Engineering Mohali and Chandigarh University.
The faculty development programme started on 4th Nov 2024 at 9:00 am in the Seminar Hall of Block1of Chandigarh Engineering College-CGC, Landran, Mohali. The programme progressed with the inaugural lecture of Chief Guest and speaker Dr. G. Kulanthaivel, Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering & Dean (International Affairs), National Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research, Chennai. Different sessions for all the days were conducted by eminent speakers as Dr. Parikshit Sahatiya, BITS Pilani Hyderabad; Mr. Nitesh Pradhan, Assistant Manager in VVDN Technologies; Ajay Kumar Godara, the Founder and Director of Enovate Skill; Mr.Yashwant Rana, Field application Engineer in VVDN Technologies ; Dr Sunil Singla TIET Patiala and by Mr. Vasantha Kumar V, ProjectLead in Mew Technology, Bangalore. In order to make the participants aware of the real- world applications of IoT in Healthcare, an industrial visit has been scheduled on the 5th day of FDP at (Centre For Development ofAdvanced Computing) CDAC Mohali, an R&D organization of the Ministry of Electronicsand Information Technology (MeitY). The FDP ended with Valedictory Session by Chief Guest Mr. Deepak Wasan Executive Director NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology) Chandigarh/Ropar and Guest of Honour Dr. Sarwan Singh, Joint Director in NIELIT Chandigarh/Ropar.
