Yoga is more than just a workout—it’s actually a combination of breathing practices, deep relaxation, and meditation which can transform your health on many different levels. A few minutes of Yoga during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily-in both the body and mind. Yoga postures, Pranayama and meditation are effective techniques to release stress. In view of this, Applied Science Department of CEC conducted a session on Yoga for the students. The trainers Dr. Sham and Mr. Kamaldeep Singh took the classes with high level of dedication. They also explained remedies for personal health problems to the participants with lot of patience.
