The department of Applied Sciences, Chandigarh Engineering College, Landran conducted an Awareness Programme on “Cyber Security and Internet Frauds” as a Pre-Parivartan activity. The progamme was conducted on 19th October, 2022 in Government Middle School at Village Baironpur. A few departmental faculty members and student coordinators made a visit to the school and interacted with the students. They were thoroughly briefed on practical knowledge and methods for cyber security and combating online fraud. Additionally, they received instruction on how to use mobile devices and laptops safely. All of the students showed up in full force for the session.
