The interactive session with the industry experts was organized by Applied Science Department on 27th August, 2020 and 3rd September, 2020. The keynote speakers, Mr. Ramandeep Sidhu, HR Head (Engineering Services Group), AeroSphere Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Tech head (Design& Analysis Group), AeroSphere Pvt. Ltd shared their valuable thoughts with the 1st year engineering students. Mr. Ramandeep Sidhu addressed students initially and motivated them to focus towards their goals and emphasized on concentrating on various tasks passionately. He expressed his views that apart from studies, co-curricular activities are also important for skill developments for enhancing your overall personality. He laid emphasis on why to do things rather on how to do things i.e. one should have different perspective to do things. He further added that when passion becomes your work, it becomes key to your happiness. The session was later undertaken by Mr. Sandeep Sharma. He shared his personal experience of engineering and his familiarity about his domain areas like aerospace, automobile etc. He inspired students to identify the problems in society and enhance their skills in that particular area so as to figure out the solution. A total of 150 students attended this interactive session.
