The “Budget Conclave 2026” was successfully organised by the Finance Club of the MBA Department at Chandigarh Engineering College (CEC), CGC, Landran, Mohali on 3 February 2026 in the Seminar Hall.
The seminar aimed to develop an analytical understanding of the Union Budget 2026 by familiarising students with key fiscal priorities and newly introduced concepts such as fiscal consolidation roadmap, capital expenditure–led growth, digital public infrastructure, outcome-based budgeting, green financing initiatives, inclusive growth measures, tax rationalisation, MSME support, and revitalised public–private partnership frameworks.
MBA students delivered insightful presentations followed by interactive question-and-answer sessions, encouraging critical evaluation, peer learning, and informed discussion. The seminar enhanced students’ financial awareness, analytical capabilities, and presentation skills, thereby reinforcing the institution’s commitment to experiential learning and academic excellence.
