Expert Talk on Employee Satisfaction to Employee Experience – Shift in HR Focus

MBA Department, CEC-CGC , Landran organized an insightful Expert Talk on the topic “Employee Satisfaction to Employee Experience – Shift in HR Focus” on 27th August 2025. The distinguished resource person for the session was Mr. Hitesh Kumar Gulati, a renowned HR thought leader and practitioner.

The session began with a welcome address delivered by Dr. Maninder Singh Gill, HOD MBA Department. He highlighted the importance of shifting perspectives in HR, from traditional satisfaction metrics to holistic employee experience, which is becoming a global trend in people management.
