The Applied Sciences Department organized a Health and Wellness Session for the newly admitted B.Tech first-year students. The session was delivered by Ms. Manjula, whos is a Life Skills Coach & CEO of The Transformers Value Creators. Ms Manjula is also well renowned Social Enterpreneur and a JOSH TALK speaker. This session was organized with an aim to enhance the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well being of the students. The main purpose of this session was to promote healthier lifestyles and encourage students to practice healthy eating habits and the need for physical activity to attain better physical and mental health. A healthy lifestyle will not only improve their physical and mental well being but also help them perform better in academics. The session was highly informative for the students.
