A Warm Welcome to the CEC (MBA) Family
The programme commenced on 21st July 2026 with the registration of newly admitted students, followed by a grand Orientation Programme held in the Main Auditorium. Students were welcomed by the institutional leadership and faculty members, who introduced them to the vision, mission, academic philosophy, and vibrant learning environment of Chandigarh Group of Colleges. The orientation highlighted the importance of professionalism, innovation, ethical leadership, and continuous learning while encouraging students to make the most of the opportunities available during their MBA journey.
Understanding the MBA Journey
The next days focused on providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the MBA programme. Faculty members introduced the curriculum, course structure, learning outcomes, evaluation process, and specialization opportunities. Students also interacted with the Head of the Department and attended informative sessions conducted by the Training and Placement Department, which emphasized career planning, employability skills, internships, and placement preparation.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
To promote experiential learning and strengthen peer bonding, students participated in an outdoor visit (Elante Mall). The activity provided an opportunity to encourage teamwork, networking, and informal interaction among classmates.

On Day 4- Students attended a series of orientation sessions conducted by various institutional departments, including:
These sessions introduced students to academic resources, counselling services, digital learning platforms, innovation initiatives, research opportunities, quality assurance practices, and overall student support mechanisms available on campus.
Closing Ceremony
The final day of the programme emphasized innovation, ethics, lifelong learning, and holistic personality development.
Students attended sessions on Artificial Intelligence tools and their applications in business and management education. Alumni shared valuable insights into internships, placements, industry expectations, and career growth, motivating students to prepare themselves for future professional challenges.
A session on Human Values reinforced the significance of ethics, integrity, empathy, and responsible leadership in management. Students were also introduced to MOOCs and NPTEL platforms to encourage continuous learning beyond the classroom.
On the last day- The programme concluded with a vibrant Talent Hunt, where students showcased their creativity, confidence, communication skills, and cultural talents, fostering team spirit and creating memorable experiences.
