The Applied Sciences Department organized several activities for the newly admitted B.Tech first-year students from all branches as part of the Students Induction Program-2023. The activities incorporated into the introduction program were strategically designed to actively involve the students throughout the duration of the day, while it also helped them and us to understand their fields of interests other than academics. Every student in this session chose one skill that was related to arts or performing art. The activities encompassed various forms of artistic expression like one act play, instrument playing, dancing, singing, mimicry etc. These activities not only provided students the opportunity to unwind and alleviate stress, but also aimed to augment their creative aptitude.
