A 5-day Faculty Development Program on Free Simulators for ECE Lab Practices” was organized by Electronics and Communication Engineering Department in association with NITTTR Chandigarh from 11th march 2024 to 15th March 2024.The workshop provided intensive training in a range of software including SIM 8085, EdSim8051, Tinker cad, PCB designing, Multisim, Digital Lab Simulator, Scilab, Virtual Lab Simulator, and Node-RED. Participants engaged in hands-on sessions, mastering essential skills in electronic circuit simulation, microcontroller programming, PCB design, and various aspects of digital and analog electronics. The workshop aimed to equip attendees with practical knowledge and expertise to effectively utilize these tools in their academic pursuits and professional endeavors. Expert instructors facilitated the sessions, ensuring a conducive learning environment and fostering collaboration among participants. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants expressed satisfaction with their enhanced understanding and proficiency in utilizing the aforementioned software tools, thus reflecting the success and impact of the program.
