The event organized by the Tech Roadies Club of Department of Information Technology, CEC-
CGC Landran and IIC held on January 23, 2025, aimed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with
essential skills in innovation, securing funding and overcoming startup challenges. The
workshop featured Mr. Mangat Singh Dhiman, COO of AniWeb Designs, AISM2 and
BMDigitech Solutions LLC, who shared expert insights on fostering innovation, scaling
businesses and navigating entrepreneurial hurdles. He emphasized the importance of leveraging
unique ideas and technology, managing resources effectively, and building strong teams for
sustainable growth. Additionally, he addressed common challenges such as funding constraints,
market entry barriers, and maintaining work-life balance, offering practical strategies to
overcome them. With 144 participants, the event provided attendees with actionable knowledge
to transform ideas into successful startups, secure funding, and scale their ventures effectively.
